Electronic Communications Policy and Consent
In connection with your credit card inquiry and any credit card transaction, you are entitled by law to receive certain information on paper. By providing this consent, you agree to receive them electronically instead. You agree and consent to receive electronically all communications, agreements, documents, notices and disclosures (collectively, "Communications") that we, Zendable Cards, LLC (“Zendable”) and/or Continental Bank, provide in connection with any credit card inquiry, credit card offer, any credit card, or other product or service you receive from Continental Bank on www.zable.com or any of its subdomains (the “Website”), and/or the servicing of your credit card. Your consent gives permission to communicate with you electronically in regard to any activity on, including the Continental Bank products and services accessed through, the Website and is not specific to any credit card, inquiry, product, service or transaction.
Communications include, as applicable:
- Any information provided to you about any credit card inquiry or credit card offers, including your interest rate, finance charges and APR, fees , or any adverse action Continental Bank takes;
- Any information provided to you about any product, service, or transaction you receive;
- Any terms and conditions and policies you agree to, including updates to these agreements or policies, and other authorizations you provide;
- Any documents or disclosures provided to you, including payment receipts, notices of default, and federal and state tax statements; and any other information relating to your relationship to Zendable and Continental Bank.
We will provide these Communications to you by posting them on the Website after you log-in, and/or by emailing them to you at your registered email address. It is your responsibility to keep your registered email address up to date so that we can communicate with you electronically. You have the right to request paper copies of any communication. Paper copies can be requested by calling (844) 659-2253 during our operating hours 9:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST, each Monday through Friday that are business days.
In order to access and retain electronic Communications, you will need: a computer with an Internet connection; a current web browser that includes 128-bit encryption and with cookies enabled (e.g. Internet Explorer version 11.0 and above, Firefox version 52.0 and above, Chrome version 55.0 and above, or Safari 9.1 and above); a valid email address; and sufficient storage space to save past Communications or an installed printer to print them. You confirm that you have access to the necessary equipment and software to receive and save/print our Communications to you.
You have the right to withdraw consent and may withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically or update information needed to contact you electronically by emailing us at support@zablecard.com; by calling us at (844) 659-2253 during our operating hours 9:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST, each Monday through Friday that are business days; or by writing to us via regular mail at Zendable Cards, LLC, Spaces Suite X 413 West 14th Street, New York, NY 10014. If you withdraw your consent prior to completing your application, you will not be able to complete the application process and therefore will not be issued a credit card. If you withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees for paper copies - up to $10.
You acknowledge that we may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. If we make a material change to this policy, we will also send a notice to your registered email address.
